Sportsbeams provides unmatched stadium lighting experience at Austin FC's Q2 Stadium

In 2020, Austin FC selected Sportsbeams Lighting as the supplier of the state-of-the-art LED sports lighting system for their brand-new Q2 Stadium. When the stadium opened in the summer of 2021, the new facility was the first new-construction stadium in the world to use RGBW LED lighting fixtures to light up the whole venue. 

The groundbreaking Chromabeam LED fixtures are able to achieve more than 2 million colors and can instantly adjust between red, green, blue, and white all in the same fixture. The lights can be controlled with a flick of a button and can run pre-programmed light shows that will boost the fan experience like no other stadium lighting system available on the market. 

Features of the Chromabeam LED fixtures include:

  • Full aluminum die-cast body
  • Single-optic tempered glass lens
  • Three levels of active and passive cooling
  • Lumen output: +91,000
  • Wattage: 350W or 900W
  • CRI: 70 – 90
